For the radio with the voice chip already installed he's asking $225 which
is about $125 less then I paid for mine brand new and I had to put the voice
chip in myself,  anyway,  he is willing to talk on the price too I believe,
he's a good guy he'll go down if you express interest, he buys radios a lot,
uses them for a week or 2, doesn't like them, or wants something different,
or the wife complains so he sells them, he always has something, I'd bet
