Here is the basic link for the Kight Radio company. You will 
find the radio in question under the duel band hand helds 
link.

The feature list does include voice prompts. Of course, we 
don't know what and where those prompts are in terms of the 
operation of the radio itself.

I also speculate that the radio does not make 8 watts with 
the supplied 7.5 volt battery. It probably takes at least 12 
volts to do that. That is strictly my speculation.

For my money, I would stick with either the Wouxun or the 
Baofeng until I knew more about this one at the expense of 
somebody else.
