I'm gonna try get an mc50 to go with the 120 as I like them old mics.
even the squeaky key noise. I use to love sitting there on cb bands and
keying down ever so slowly just to give people the tom tits with my 100
watts of squeaky mc50 key.

On 1/03/2008 2:05 PM, the old scribe known as John Miller was able to
impart this pearl of wisdom:
> With the MC-50, all those older radios sounded great. 520, 120, 130, I think
> 140 was 4 pin, 530, 820, 830, and any I missed with the 4 pin connector.
> The hand mics don't impress me, the the MC-50 does and the commercial mic I
> have I got with my TS-520 isn't too bad either, or the other similar mics.
