They do, but it's really pricy, especially when you include the freight 
shipping!

This is why I'm trying to go with the Channelmaster or some equivalent 
first.

I know Rohn Tower used to make a 40 or 50 foot crank up telescoping mast but
I have no idea if they still do or not.  I wish I had one.
