Hi Tom,
When you open the email containing the attachment, hit alt F and down arrow 
until you hear "save attachments.  You will then be presented with a menu 
inwhich you can change the file name, the folder to which the file wil be 
save to and  so forth.
Regarding winamp.  Z-previous, X-plays, c-pauses, v-stops and B-next.  Right 
and left arrow move forward and rewind.  The up and down arrows are your 
volume control.
