Well, is 52.0 to 54.0 now the FM band?  If I'm reading this clubs repeater 
list correctly. their 6 FM repeater's output is 53.050 and it says 1 MHZ 
down for the off set which would make it, of course, 52.050.  I thought 
52.050 was still part of the sideband portion of the band plan but that 
shows you what an old guy knows about 6 FM.
