It is my understanding that he is indeed back in business.

Before he closed, I used him twice for two different problems in a TS440. 
This basically resulted in both of the Phase Lock Loop, PLL, boards being 
completely re-built, not just repaired.

He always phoned before beginning the work to varify that I wanted to fix 
the radio, and to tell me what the job would cost.
