Brett,

It's just a 12 volt distrubution box.   12 volts in from your supply and 
several outlets  to power  all your gear.  Rigrunner is the name of the one 
produced by West Mountain Radio (the Rigblaster people).  Different models 
with  different numbers of output sockets.   Each output is fused and  has 
an Anderson power Pole for connection.

Others are made by MFJ, Saratoga, and maybe some others, or you can roll 
your own.  Some aren't fused and some use binding posts instead of Power 
Poles.
