Tom, as far as I know the smoke is still inside.
I just went to turn it on and no joy.
I didn't smell anything burning.
Just Murphy's law coming into play smile.

I understand antenna woes, especially those that seem to come out of 
nowhere!

Regarding your Astron supply, what happened to it?

Did it just stop working, or did you let some of the smoke out of it?

It sure is great to be back on the air.
I tried both antennas last night they are working great.
I just wish I could figure out exactly what happened.
But my Astron is down until I can get it repaired.
