Unfortunately for my budget I am feeling bitten with the new handheld bug.
I tend to find the t90 with cw readout hard to resist.  I confess I have a
phobia about batteries but I'm wondering if there is a battery available
with a longer life.  The standard battery is about 1300 mills.  There as a
after market battery available for the kenwood thf6 that is about 1900
mills.  I am a ways from actually handing over my credit card number so if
anyone has any ideas as to why i should give the kenwood a second look I'm
very interested.  Six meters versus 220 really isn't a concern and I'm not
sure how often the extended receive will be used.  The fact that I don't
think the rig receives ssb is, however unfortunate.
