This is quite an education, i never realized people felt so strongly 
about daylight saving time.  It seems if we are willing to tolerate 
keeping daylight until the 5th week after the autumnal equinox, we 
could go to it 5 weeks before the spring equinox.  That would be 
consistent for sunrise and sunset times.  I guess I never got that 
emotional about it.  It keeps the upper bands open later, so I vote yes on it.
