Anthony, I know how frustrating it is to keep trying things and to not find 
a solution, but no one is asking you to leave the list.  If you have tried 
everything in Outlook or Outlook Express whichever email program you are 
using, then perhaps the suggestion to look at the settings in AVG is worth 
doing.  73.
