If you're involved in the NTS in a lot of areas, or emergency communications 
or like to track DX on the packet clusters, or APRS or what ever, it's in 
good shape with some dead spots here and there around the country, but for 
the most part it's alive and well. Winlink has kind of stirred up the 
interest for a lot of people too.
