Hi.

Must be about as bad as the first Weather Alert receivers from Radio 
Shack.  Enough to scare the beeGeevers out of you!  If the severe weather 
didn't get you the heart attack after you got scared out of your wits 
would.  It was both loud and shrill.  You actually could hear it outside a 
fully closed up house!
