The message I get back suggests to me it's not on verizon's end. I'll just 
put all my lists on the gmail account I guess. I don't have time to be on 
hold for an hour or 3 anyway especially when it's going to result in me 
being told it's not on their end and/or there's nothing they can do about 
it.
