Joining the existing English and Spanish Language channel assignments, 
I am pleased to announce a new language preference assignment of 
Japanese on Reflector 9202. Thanks to Steve 7J1AIL in Tokyo and the 
Tokyo International Amateur Radio Association for sponsoring and 
monitoring this channel.

All nodes (and languages) are welcome on all channels, but Japanese 
will be primary on 9202 joining the Spanish language on 9201.
