Think of it this way.  In one cycle, you have a complete wave, peak to 
peak on the positive side for example.  If a frequency is 30 mega hertz, 
that means it does 30 million of these cycles in a second.  The speed of 
light is 300 million meters a second.  Hope that all makes sense.  Wait 
until you get into coax stubs and so forth. <smile>
