I've never done this, but would like to know where to start.  I have a 
Kenwood 480 I leave back in Kansas and it would be fun to control that 
radio from Vegas so I could get on 75 and talk to some of my friends 
back there.  Do all of these programs require you use skype for audio? 
Any suggestions or comments appreciated.
