Hello fellow amateurs.
I found this vidio from ByTwoWayRAdios.
Thought it was interesting.
Listen to the video and you will find for those of you that have the 
Baofang uv5r just how familiar it sounds.
I think it is a Baofang in a small desktop box radio.
