Pat,

I don't understand how that would eliminate the functionality of the tower? 
If you end-mast mount the rotor on the top end of the tower, you can still 
telescope it, if you are referring to the same Wilson I had?

Of course you could rotate only the antenna Jennifer, but that would
eliminate the functionality of the tower.  But a person can do as
they wish.  And my apologies to the rest of the list, I'll continue
any other responses off-list.
