Hi.

Does anyone have the instructions for operating the Drake R8A
Communications Receiver in an accessible format for the blind?

I have fumbled around on the front panel, but there are still numerous
commands that I don't understand, especially on the keys around the keypad.

If someone could even explain exactly what the panel layout is, it would be
a great help.
