It's really good.  The only two problems I have found are the following:
1.  It doesn't silence when you load a self voicing application, so 
you have to shut it off first.
2.  The message flags in Eudora don't read.
Other than that, it is as good as jfw or window-eyes.  Sometimes better.
The private content is fantastic, especially the hundreds of DVS movies.
It costs the same as your upgrades for jfw or window-eyes do each year.
I can't compare it in excell, cause I don't understand spread sheets.
