Phil, I am knocking out my neighbors dsl when I transmit on 75 and 80
meters.
So some of those booklets might help here.
Since the local phone company doesn't want to ground or shield their
equipment.

Subject: FCC TVI and RFI booklets

Does anybody know if the FCC still gives away for free those TVI and RFI
booklets that tell your neighbors how to fix "their" problems since it isn't

the ham's fault? I used to keep a couple on hand just in case. Only had to

use one in all these many years. Maybe some place they are available online

now perhaps?

Phil.
