Toni, I've gotten the band plan in braille from Handi-Hams for frequencies
through the 70cm band which should be all you'll need for now.  If you're not a
braille reader or want to get it you should be able to download the band plan
from Handi-Hams, the ARRL site, or the FCC site.  It may take some serious
searchong on the latter site.
