Call your local NLS library, and they will input a user name and password. 
The trick, is to associate .brf files with a program so that your computer 
will download them, rather than display them.  I don't think the program has 
to be actually be able to translate the files, but windows has to believe 
that this is a real file extention.  wintrans which is the nfb translator 
with a windows front end is free.
