I haven't found either of the free softwares to talk at all. I did
order the rt systems which doesn't talk either. The menus do speak and
I have found I can read and write radios. I can also export to a coma
delimited xls file which I can then edit in xl and then reimport the
file. I suppose I'll keep the rt systems sofftware, but I'm very
disappointed it doesn't talk better.
