On my last post:

If Ron has  a new "just out of the box" 590, I would guess it is the new 
SG (or whatever it is) that replaced the 590S.  If that is the case, 
the menus may not line up between the 2 versions.

Although there is probably a TX lockout menu in the new version, it 
might be a different number than 74.
