If all else fails you could always reset the radio.  Hold the function key
down when you  turn the unit, on and then turn the dial three times and
then I believe that this will reset the whole radio.  The down fall to
that is that you have t reprogram everything.  I believe however, there is
a way of reseting all your settings by just turning the dial once after
you've held the function key down and turned the unit on.
