Hi all,

Has anyone had a look at the ic-7800 for accessibility?

Not sure if it has a different model number in the u.s but it is the new top
of range icom hf tranceiver.

Seems that this has a built in power supply and 50 volt finals as wel as
two receivers.

A friend has just got one and it sounds really nice (a change for icom).

As a point of interest, it looks like Kenwood has stopped competing in
the top end of the market?  They do not seem to have an alternitive to
the ft1000 mark 5 or the ic-7800?
