Not sure what I can add here.
bottom 25 kHz of 80 40 20 and 15 are extra cw bands.
3750 to 3775 14150 to 14,175 are extra phone.  Can't remember the 15 meter
band.
10,100 to 10,150 is 30 meters. Cw in the bottom 25 kHz by agreement.  I
think that one is voluntary, but anyway you won't find any cw above 10,125
either way.
160 is 1.8 to 2 meg. with cw in bottom 25 kHz by tradition.
Not sure about bottom of 12 meters.  24,490 to 24,430 is phone there.  I
think cw is 24,930 to 24, 870 but wouldn't swear to it.
