Hi Tom;

I know that their are a lot more quick navigation keys if you use the
internet.

Let them know that it will increase your job performance efficiency because
it runs with a lot more stability.

In certain cases, (JAWS) 5 would crash if it found a web page that it
couldn't read however, with (JAWS) 6 this happens a lot more infrequently.

Also, in Outlook express the focus is much better when it begins reading the
text in the body of a message automatically.
