Fred at Universal seems to care a lot about what and how he sells
equipment. Two years ago we spoke at Dayton for some time and at some
length about a Sony 7600 which I was considering. That was early
Friday. I returned late Saturday and he remembered our conversation, had
gotten together some information for me and really seemed to care that I
got something that I could use.
I think he is a great resource and should be considered when making
purchases involving accessibility.
