Hello, Bill:

Welcome back among us. I bet you will get lots of help from this group as I
have. There are HTs with voice output and packet like programs with speech
support. I'm not as up to date as others so will let them respond. Wonder
where you live in4 land. I was born in Orlando, my wife in Homestead, my
daughter in Tampa and our son in Pensacola. I'm still into ATV but
sometimes get a call advising me that I'm not transmitting any video. Still
transmit photos and video clips but only after my wife reviews them for
legal viewing. Foreign commercials are much more at risk for causing me to
lose my licence.

Again, welcome back.
