I received the below response from LDG when I enquired if the meter could 
give accurate readings at 70mhz.

Sorry, we've never tested there. Since we use the input frequency in 
calculating
the forward and reverse power, I'm guessing the it will not be accurate 
there.

Though this appears a bit vague, it would suggest the TW2 probably won't be 
all that reliable outside the pre-defined band ranges.
