I don't know if this is true in all cases but the Astron 35 used to come
with the ground post insolated from chasses ground.  They said it was that
some used the supply for instrument work.  I removed the post and scratched
the inside of the panel around the ground hole with a screwdriver to get a
better connection.  Just a thought.
