Icom T7H isn't that bad, I've programmed a few of them for people and played 
with them while I had them, pretty much the same as the IC-w32A with some 
minor differences and only 1 receiver instead of 2. Anyway, I'd say any of 
the Kenwood hand helds are accessible, and the Icom IC-t90A. I have the T90A 
and have had about all the current Kenwood offerings, all but the TH-d7AG 
which I'm planning to get as soon as I can.
