is this one FCC type accepted or is it like all the other knock off HT's 
made in china?
I'm not saying I care about that, just curious if perhaps they went through 
that part of the process to sell to american Hams who don't have an extra 
class or advanced license.
I say knock off because most of the chinese made export radios are copies,or 
clones of kenwood or motorola HT's that cost hundreds of times more for 
precisely the same thing...without the warranty or name brand logo.
I'll check this one out.
too bad it won't speak frequency...once that egg has been cracked in HT's, 
kenwood and Icom won't be far behind i'm sure.
