The ICQ7A is a half watt, dual band, extended handheld that, unless you use
the Icom software, is, in my opinion, impossible for a blind ham to
program.  I have one - a friend programmed the various repeaters and public
service freq.s I was interested in and returned the rig to me.  So it is a
x channel, transceiver/receiver that runs low power, is small and
convenient to use with the tuning knob on the top, but with about zero
accesibility.  I'm not knocking the little rig; I like having and using it,
but it is in a different league from both the Kenwood and the Icom T90A.
