I don't think so, but there was something either here or in one of the
mailings of the ARRL and Newsline bulletins recently that talked about a
_new_ system that's supposed to replace ULS in the not-too-distant future
and they indicated that all licensees were being placed into ULS in
preparation for migration to the new system.  I thought about this after you
said that you'd never registered for ULS.  I got the impression that we were
_supposed_ to have been notified if such an "automatic" ULS registration had
been created for us, though.

Also, I did some checking and apparently, while Netscape is vastly
preferred, it's now possible to do at least some work in ULS using Internet
Explorer.
