Scott would gladly send them if requested.

Actually when I purchased the cd, I did receive an email.

That has been a few years ago though.  I saved the email to refer to when upgrading software.

I might suggest that Alan wouldn't have received an e-mail since he 
purchased the CD rather than a download which would have generated the 
e-mail to receive the keys.  No e-mail required if keys are packed with the 
CD
