Phil,

I can't supply specific track frequencies, because like you, I don't 
know them. But I do know that several companies, including Radio Shack, 
have sold hand held scanners which advertised the race track 
frequencies pre-programmed into one of the memory banks.

I don't keep up with the scanner market, but I'm guessing that Uniden, 
or some other company still sells such a unit.
