Hi Their;
I am a control op on my local irlp node.

Its up to the node owner and the repeater owner whether anyone can access
nodes or not.

The main control in my are is Vic N3IO.

We do not access nodes during drive time and not everyone is allowed to
access a node.

This is how we use irlp in the Delaware Valley and we find that it is
successful.

TNX

Anthony
