Well, I have no idea about that in the 480, I never use the processor in any
of my radios though so I never pay attention to the processing. I don't know
much about the 480 but what I do know, tells me it's not for me because of
the front face that can't be attached to the radio very well mainly and the
flimsy wire between the face and the radio. What I understand, it's not
selling very well either. I'll be replacing my HF setup probably next fall,
I'll get the TS-2000. For me, that's just what I want. I'm trying to scale
back, I have too much stuff and no room for it all.
