Steve, when I first found Lloyd on 14.252 he was s 2.  He gave it 
back to me a couple minutes later but some guy in Wyoming came 
back and doubled with me I guess because Lloyd didn't hear me.  
At one point Lloyd's signal was s 4.  I tried to recheck again at 
13:28 but LLOYD didn't acknowledge.  Jim WA6EKS
