No, they have to be connected separately.  You'd have one for 20m and up, one
for 40m, and one for 80m etc.  You'd have to be using some kind of switching box
unless you wanted to be changing cables a lot.  The antennas have to be at least
33ft apart so as not to have inductive coupling problems.
