And also, there are people who have worked hard at their jobs all their 
lives and have never gotten an award.  What comes to my mind are those who 
work in sheltered shops for subminimum wages or less, and they work hard 8 
hours a day giving all they have and all they ever get for it is tired, 
frustrated, hurt and treated like dirt by fat cat managers who are overpaid 
for what they don't do.  And if anybody thinks that is passé, they better 
think again, it's just more polished.
