Well, Steve, I do agree with that, Steve.  But there is no question that 
environmentalists made a pitch that Daylight Saving time saves energy when 
any fool who can do the simplest of math knows that is not true.  If we 
wanted to have it where it would make sense we could have it from say 
Memorial Day to Labor Day so that we would have one hour more of daylight at 
the end of the day.  I was always told it was to help the farmers, but even 
that is probably not that effective any more.
