Hello Matthew,
I am a total and I am using a new Vantage Vue by Davis.
I am most happy with it as it is very accurate in its readings.
I use window-eyes on my computer and I have the output sent directly to
Weatherlink.com as well as Weather-underground.com.
So then, with internet explorer I can read everything I could ever want to
know.
The consul of the weather station is connected to my router directly and
therefore, I need no computer on 24-7.
Before this weather station, I had another brand which meant that I had a
separate computer on 24-7. I used that system for over 7 years but the
sun's rays got to it as much of the sensors were made of plastic.
I highly recommend the Davis system!
If you have more questions, just email me at:

I hope this helps you.
Best 73.
