Hi,
Hi,
As much as I strongly disapprove of people driving while impaired we must all remember that the law in most States allows people to drive with a Blood Alcohol Level of .08 Percent. Anything over .08 percent would be cause for a DUI Citation.
Pilots cannot fly a plane if their Blood Alcohol Level exceeds .04 percent.
He probably could be cited for some driving violation, however.
My thoughts and prayers go out to all involved in this horrific accident.
