The last thing they want is to see your face, unless you are a customer.
Its all different now.  They want to know if you can interact with a 
computer, and if you can work independently.  And that's for a dish washer 
job.
The last thing they want you to know, is what they are looking for.  Its not 
even humans reviewing the applications and making the first cuts.
